WISE LLC is a full-service brokerage firm specializing in commercial real estate investment properties. Our clients range from individuals and families with interest in real estate investment to seasoned institutional investors looking to expand their portfolios. We work with sellers to analyze property value and connect them with our network of buyers. On the buyer side, we take time to understand acquisition criteria in order to identify properties that are the best fit. Each investor is unique and we custom tailor our services based on requirements.

Investment Management

WISE LLC serves as asset manager for family offices and institutional investor clients. Asset management includes support throughout the investment cycle. Services include property identification, underwriting, acquisition support, property management, reporting, forecasting, and disposition services. WISE LLC works with its network of trusted third parties for additional legal and financial support (accounting, tax returns, cost segregation studies, etc.).
